What We Do
SAGE Centers serve LGBTQ+ adults age 60+ through virtual and in-person programming
Care management includes information and referrals, general assistance, care coordination, and client advocacy
SAGEVets, SAGE Positive, Friendly Visiting and other programs ensure that LGBTQ+ elders are able to thrive
