Founded in New York City in 1978, SAGE offers innovative services and programs to LGBTQ+ older people throughout New York City and the nation. In New York, our SAGE Centers offer a number of social activities and programs for LGBTQ+ older people. In addition, SAGE New York provides holistic coordinated care to LGBTQ+ older people and the people who support them via our care management services. SAGE New York also has programs directed at homebound elders needing support (Friendly Visiting), LGBTQ+ veterans (SAGEVets) and people living with HIV/AIDS (SAGEPositive).
